- Applications from disciplinary proceeding/inquiry/misconduct free applicants (on prescribed form) along-with complete Resume/CV, CNIC, all educational documents, experience certificates, Research Publications, Professional certifications/diploma and other relevant documents duly attested should reach to the office of the Dean KMC with in FIFTEEN (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. Forms are available on KMC website i.e. http://www.kmc.edu.pk.
- Applicants should deposit (for S.No. 1 & 2 Rs. 2500/) & (for S.No 3 & 4 Rs. 2000/-) for the above posts as processing fee (non-refundable) in NBP, University Campus Branch, Peshawar in favour of Dean, KMC, slips are available at NBP, Account No. NIDA-10-4 and attach original slip with application form.
- Candidates who have already applied for the post of Chairperson, Anatomy (against the advertisement published in December 2022) & Demonstrators, Biochemistry & Pathology (against the advertisement published in August 2022) may need not to submit application processing fee, they may submit only application forms along with updated credentials clearly mentioning already applied on the application form.
- If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
- Any application/documents received after the closing time and date shall be rejected. No documents will be accepted/changed/replaced once received along with the application Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Experience marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for. Only post qualification relevant experience will be considered.
- It will be the responsibility of candidates to provide valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.
