• Details regarding Admission Policy can be seen in the ADMISSION PROSPECTUS-2024 available at http://www.uokadmission.edu.pk
• All those candidates applying for admission on SELF-FINANCED/DONOR AND RESERVED SEATS in DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (Morning & Evening) are required to submit Doctor of Pharmacy Admission Form and pass the Entrance Test; otherwise they will not be considered Eligible for Admission.
• Candidates can fill in and submit the Admission Form (with Scanned Copies of the required Documents) through the Online Admission Portal (http://www.uokadmission.edu.pk) of the University from OCTOBER 30, 2023 to NOVEMBER 08, 2023.
• Admission Form Processing Fee of Rs. 4,000/- must be submitted at any branch of Bank Alfalah Islamic through Online Generated Fee Voucher available at http://www.uokadmission.edu.pk. A Scanned Copy of the Fee Deposit Slip must be attached along with the Online Admission Form.
