How To Apply:

• Interested firms/parties may obtain bidding documents & TOR’s during office hours from the date of publication to date specified above, on submission of a written request on firms letterhead with copy of CNIC and cash payment of Rs.2,00 each (non-refundable) to the Cashier, JHL during office hours.
• Only technical proposals are invited for prequalification in order to be eligible to supply National Multinational/Imported Medicine & Medical Devices / Surgical Disposable items to Jinnah Hospital Lahore as LP walk-in registration in LPDD vendors (day to day) & Petty Purchase through quotation basis.
• Sealed bids are required to be brought in person by the authorized representative of the interested bidders till 11.00 AM & 11.30 AM on above stated date to be put in tender box placed in Purchase Cell, which will be on the same day as per schedule given above in the presence of the bidders (who choose to be there) or their authorized representatives.
• All bids should be submitted in tape binding, Bid with loose papers may be rejected straightaway. All documents should contain proper page marking with paper tags, attached in sequence with index for evaluation along with the signature of authorized person. Moreover signing and, stamping of each bidding documents / forms in mandatory otherwise bid shall be rejected straightaway.
• Firms are required to prepare the bid carefully and attach all the documents as per technical evaluation criteria.
  Bid validity period is 180 days.
• In case the date of opening or last date of sale of tender documents is declared as a Public holiday by the Government of non-working day due to any reason, the next official day shall be the last date of sale submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
• All taxes will be applicable as per rules of the Government of the Punjab.
• All terms & conditions mentioned in the bidding documents of LPDD and petty purchase through quotation will be implemented.
