Applications are invited from qualified professionals for the posts of Registrar and Controller of Examinations at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi on 03 years contract (not extendable). The required qualification and experience for the said posts are as under:

• One hard copy of the application dossier duly bound on the prescribed proforma along with detailed CV and attested documents including:
  (i) Degrees/Certificates/Transcripts (ii) Experience Certificates (iii) CNIC (v) Domicile (Punjab only) (vi) 2-recent photographs, (v) No inquiry/audit pending certificate from current organization/institution, and from previous employer/organization (if currently left the previous job). (vi) NOC (if applicable) (vii) Pay order, Bank Draft or paid challan of Rs.2000/- (non- refundable) in favour of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi should reach the Registrar Office, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.
• Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Goverment organizations/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer, otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
• Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
• The candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
• Applications with incomplete documents and received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
• The University reserves the rights to not fill any post, withhold, withdraw the appointment against any advertised post or accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).
• The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone
  message.
• Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/Government Department/ Autonomous body and semi govemment are not eligible for aforementioned posts.
• In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per rules.
• The applicants who have already applied for the mentioned posts vide FJWU advertisement No. 2/2023 bearing IPL-5374, need not to apply again. However, they can submit fresh/updated CVs.
