How to Apply:

1. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i..Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCS), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, two recent photograph, and original fee deposit receipt in office of the Registrar, UET Mardan within fifteen (15) days of the date of advertisement.
2. Application fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 3000/- must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled “Miscellaneous fund UET Mardan” Code.0179, Account No.003001354859.

3. Only those qualifications, experiences etc. will be considered, if documentary proof is attached upto the last date of application submission.
4. The relevancy of Experience Certificates provided shall be evaluated/ assessed by the scrutiny committee.
5. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel. They must also submit No objection certificate from their concerned departments/ Organizations along with the application form.

6. Only short listed candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for tests/interview.
7. University will not be held responsible for non-receipt or late receipt of applications or Call Letters for the Test / Interview and the issue shall be taken up with concerned.
8. The candidate having foreign degree certificate shall provide Equivalency Certificate.
9. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected
10. The applications will be processed as per Act, Statutes, Rules, Regulations and courier service by the candidate. from HEC, Pakistan, before the closing date. without intimation to the applicants. procedure followed by UET Mardan.
11. Contact number, Postal and Email address must be written clearly on application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar office. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom of right corner of the envelop.
12. In-case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake/tampered at any stage, the candidate will stand disqualified immediately and Legal action will be taken against him.
13. The University reserves the right to cancel, increase, decrease or not to fill any of the advertised position(s) without assigning any reason.
14. No TA/DA will be given for attending the test/interview.
