Forest Division Swat Jobs 2022 For Admin Staff
Forest Division Swat Jobs 2022 For Admin Staff Applications are invited for filling the following vacancies in Lower Swat Forest Division as per provincial government policy. Eligibility Criteria/ qualification are as under:

1) General Age relaxation will be adm sible as per prescribed rules of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. ots Dail
2) The candidates already in Government service may apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
3) Age, qualification & Experience will be counted from the last date of the submission of Forms/apply. 4) Applicants will have to submit their application forms within 15 days from the publication of the advertisement. Application received after due date will not be entertained.
5) Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for written test after the complete scrutiny of application forms 6) Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage
of the recruitments process.
7) The competent authority has right to defer or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. 8) At any stage of process of the recruitment, increase/decrease in posts will be acceptable
9) Mobile phones, weapons, calculator or any other electronic devices will not be permissible in the test centers
10) Fees are not transferable or refundable.
11) No application will be entertained by hand.
12) At initial stage copies of educational documents are not required to be attached with the application form except copy of CNIC and two white backgrounds passport size photographs.
13) Form processing fee can be deposited in any authorized Bank which will be authorized by Allied.
14) Only shortlisted candidates after the written/physical test will be asked to submit their attested/ verified documents for further scrutiny! evaluation as per ESTA Code.
15) Departmental Selection Committee constituted for the purpose shall call for interview, the short listed candidates according to the merit list, prepared by ATS on the basis of ESTA Code, which will be available at ATS Website: and also affixed on the Notice Board of DFO Lower Swat Forest Division.
16) Merit list will remain effective for 90 days from the issuance of final merit list.
17) The Selected candidate shall have to undergo one year mandatory pre-service training as stipendiary student at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thai Abbottabad and the posting order of the candidates shall be issued only after successful completion of the said training. In case of default or leaving the job before expiry of five years, the selected candidates shall refund all the expenses incurred on the training”.
18) Candidates needs to update themselves from ATS Website: www.ats.org.pk and No.(051)3153577-9. 19) Minimum Qualifying Marks in Screening Test are 50%.
20) Above 30% Seats reserved will be filled on Forest Sub-Division / Range Basis from amongst the Bona fide Communities of concerned Forest, who have user rights/concessions in the designated Forests. In case of inadequate eligible candidates against seats to be filled on Forest Sub Division/ Range basis, the leftover seats will be filled by considering eligible candidates of Forest Division basis in consultation with Departmental Selection Committee.
